As a RN, I personally assess residents, oversee care planning, and monitor changes in condition to ensure needs are recognized early and addressed promptly. This nurse-led approach allows for higher-level clinical awareness, stronger communication with physicians and families, and truly individualized care in a small, home-like environment. The result is peace of mind for families and safer, more attentive care to those we serve.

Our Staff
Our caregivers are carefully screened and selected based on their training, ability, and desire to create a home environment for our residents. Our staff selection process is very rigorous and includes a criminal background check, drug screening, NC Health Care Registry check, and CPR certification.
Our staff’s educational and training requirements are per the State of North Carolina training and educational standards. We continuously update our staff training manual to include the latest techniques in long-term care. Our staff to resident ratio is 1:3, and our highly trained staff include a Registered Nurse who owns and administers the family care home.
