Our Staff
Our caregivers are carefully screened and selected based on their training, ability, and desire to create a home environment for our residents. Our staff selection process is very rigorous and includes a criminal background check, drug screening, and CPR certification.
Our staff’s educational and training requirements are per the State of North Carolina training and educational standards. We continuously update our staff training manual to include the latest techniques in long-term care. Our staff to resident ratio is 1:4, and our highly trained staff include registered nurse.
